Crew Up founders
Crew Up was founded with a simple but powerful goal: to fix a problem that so many businesses face, yet few have truly solved.

Jess and Linda built Crew Up after seeing firsthand the ongoing challenges across industries like hospitality, events, gaming, disability support, and aged care. These sectors are the backbone of our communities, but behind the scenes they face constant staffing pressure — high turnover, unpredictable demand, and the stress of filling shifts at the last minute.

We noticed a clear gap in the market.

Businesses were struggling to find reliable workers when they needed them most. Last-minute call-outs, no-shows, and seasonal spikes often left teams stretched thin. When help was available, it usually came at a premium — agencies charging high fees for urgent placements, adding even more pressure to already tight budgets.

At the same time, there are thousands of skilled, capable workers out there looking for flexible opportunities — people ready to step in, pick up shifts, and contribute, but without a streamlined way to connect with the right employers at the right time.

Crew Up was created to bridge that gap.

We’re building a platform that connects businesses with pre-qualified, work-ready staff — quickly, efficiently, and without the excessive costs. Whether it’s a café needing a barista for the morning rush, an event company short on crew, or a care provider needing urgent support staff, Crew Up is designed to make those connections happen seamlessly.

But we’re not just about filling shifts.

We’re about building a reliable workforce ecosystem — one where businesses feel supported, workers feel valued, and flexibility works for everyone. By focusing on speed, quality, and transparency, we aim to take the stress out of staffing and replace it with confidence.

This is just the beginning.

Crew Up is more than a platform — it’s a smarter way to work.
